Weatherhaven supported our good friends the British Antarctic Survey as part of Arctic Basecamp at the Davos World Economic Forum in January this year by providing them one of our Series 4 Polar shelters for a work and meeting space during the day, and sleeping quarters at night for the scientific team. This was the second Arctic Basecamp at Davos that we have supported, largely made possible with the financial support for the Fort Foundation and the National Science Foundation.
Weatherhaven shelters have been used extensively for many years in the polar extremes by many science and research teams, it’s where Weatherhaven originated from nearly 40 years ago and always has a special place in our business.
